A return request will be accepted only if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

• The product is in its original condition with all tags intact

• The product is returned in original packaging

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

To claim any return, refund, or exchange, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video at the time of delivery in front of the delivery partner.

 

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening

• The full unboxing process without any cuts or edits

• The product received and any issue (if applicable)
