SHIPPING POLICY

At present, Vyamira Luxe delivers exclusively within India.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the complexity and production requirements of each garment.

Estimated dispatch timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, delivery timelines may vary based on destination and operational factors beyond our control.

Customers will receive shipment tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each Vyamira Luxe garment is created with meticulous attention to detail and, in many cases, produced specifically for the customer.

For this reason, we generally do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

However, if you receive:

* A damaged product
* A manufacturing defect
* An incorrect item

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with photographs and an uninterrupted unboxing video.

After review, our team will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Categories

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production, sourcing, embroidery, or customization work has commenced, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
